The FAQ’s
-
How long is the cruise?
Each cruise is two hours long. Want to extend your experience? Add an additional hour for $200 per hour. Please contact us directly if you'd like to book an extended cruise - depends on scheduling and whether or not there’s another cruise booked after yours.
-
How many people per cruise?
Our electric Duffy 22’ Suncruiser is approved for a max of 8 guests per US Coast Guard regulations.
-
Can we bring our own drinks?
For guests who wish to bring their own alcoholic beverages, we charge a $25 uncorking fee per bottle of wine or per four-pack of beer. If you’re bringing red wine, please use a cup with a lid to prevent spills and help us keep the boat clean and stain-free. Bottled water is available for all guests, kept cold in our on board refrigerator.
-
Can we bring our own food?
Onda Bella Cruises maintains a policy prohibiting the boarding of external food/meals. If you are bringing children aboard, you are welcome to bring whatever snacks or drinks they prefer. If you’re celebrating a special occasion, you are welcome to bring a dessert aboard.
-
Where does the boat launch from?
We are located at Seymour’s Boatyard (63 Bayview Ave, Northport, NY, 11768) You can find parking in the Northport Village public parking lots, or you can park across the street from Seymours, on the hill on Lewis Road.
-
When should we arrive?
Please arrive 10-minutes before your scheduled booking. This will allow for your group to be gathered and ready to begin your pre-cruise overview and guarantee your full 2 hours of cruise time. If your group does not arrive at or before your scheduled booking time, your cruise time may be reduced.
-
Where should we park?
You can find free parking at the bottom of Main Street in Northport Village or street parking near Seymour’s. Another option is Lewis Road, across from Seymour’s, where you can park on the hill. If parking in the village lot, Seymour’s is a short walk up Bayview Avenue on your left. Alternatively, walk through the park past the gazebo, enter the gate to Seymour’s, turn left, and walk towards the docks/harbor.
-
Can I bring a dessert for a celebration?
If you’re celebrating a special occasion, you are welcome to bring a dessert aboard.

Are kids welcome?
Kids are always welcome aboard the Onda Bella! They’ll have a wonderful time out on the harbor and they’ll certainly enjoy hanging out on our floating dock, paddleboarding, and swimming! Feel free to bring whatever snacks or drinks your kids prefer, we know they can be a bit picky :)
